1. Returns Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (including perfumes sealed in original wrapping).

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or used perfumes.

  • Items purchased on final sale or during clearance promotions.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

5. Return Shipping

  • For UAE returns: Customers may drop off items at our store/warehouse or arrange courier pick-up (charges may apply).

  • For international returns: Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
